After nice contact during the booking procedure, was the place, Trieste 30 a disappointment. The owner does not respond to email or sms. Not to the reception as well. The windows are broken, they are tied with some straws and rusted iron wires. Terrible ‘mattress’, which is created out of two layers of foam. The hot water doesn’t work. No assistance from the reception, out of that they contacted the owner, would work it out, which they haven’t. Never heard anything back. Incomplete and dirty kitchen appliances. When boiled water, the whole room smelled really bad. We don’t expect luxury, but at least a place that can be locked, and that is clean enough to cook your own meals. We expect warm water as well. Contact and assistance by phone or in person is the least, when the hot water doesn’t work. Had good experiences before, but can’t recommend to rent this property, Trieste 30
